What is an OpenBox product?
OpenBox products are products in guaranteed good-working condition that have been either previously returned to our warehouse or where the factory seal has been broken before or after arrival. These products have been inspected by our warehouse staff and have been deemed to be in re-saleable condition.

What is the Lifetime Guarantee?

We are confident in our OpenBox program and back these products with a Lifetime warranty. We guarantee that you are getting the same level of product quality just in a less-than-new version. The guarantee applies against all defects in workmanship, assembly and materials used in the products. We will repair or replace, at our sole discretion, any products that fail to operate due to any of these defects.

If I don't like it, can I return it?

Unfortunately no. Do to the nature of these types of products, we can not take them back a second time. The idea behind this promotion is that we transfer great savings to you for products that you desire and are readily available in our warehouse. In the event that receive damaged goods we will replace them per our replacement policy which can be viewed HERE.

How does it work?
