Shipping to Canada
For a majority of the lines we carry, shipping to Canada is the same process as shipping to the US. For a select number of lines, shipping directly to Canada is not possible. Therefore, we use our facility as a terminal to receive and reship orders to Canada. This grants our Canadian customers access to lines that were previously closed to them.
How does it work?
The manufacturer will ship the order to us in Sacramento, California. We inspect the product to ensure there is no damage. Then we reship the order to Canada. This process can take anywhere from 3-7 business days depending on the manufacturer and their proximity to us. We work to reship every order within 24 hours of receiving it.
If you receive a tracking number that shows delivery to Sacramento, California, this is our facility. Please rest assured that the order is going to be reshipped to you in Canada. It has not been lost or delivered to the wrong address. We will email you an updated tracking number as soon as the order is ready to go.
